OUR ROLE & ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK

Define the role. Assess before deployment.

We have designed an acceptance and reassessment process based on role responsibilities, permissions and result evidence. The hotel and product team agree the scope and assessment criteria.

Five shared assessment dimensions

  1. 01

    Responsibilities & permissions

Define the role, channels, languages and operations. Act only within hotel authorisation.

  2. 02

    Accuracy & service quality

Check sources, rules and key fields, and assess whether responses and deliverables fit the actual task.

  3. 03

    Verifiable handovers & results

Distinguish submitted, received and completed work. Confirm results through receipts and human review.

  4. 04

    Safety & human continuity

Identify sensitive, exceptional or out-of-scope requests. Stop affected actions and hand over to authorised people.

  5. 05

    Monitoring & reassessment

Observe quality and corrective work. Reassess after material changes to information, permissions or interfaces.

Five roles, with distinct priorities

Acceptance is a process with defined scope

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

The hotel and product team confirm the role, enabled channels, languages, permissions and assessment criteria.

  2. 02

    Test isolated scenarios

Check task results, exceptions and safety boundaries. Keep matters with insufficient evidence unresolved.

  3. 03

    Confirm deployment together

Complete required checks and corrective work. Both parties approve the accepted scope before deployment within it.

  4. 04

    Monitor and reassess

Observe quality and corrective work. Reassess affected capabilities after material changes.

A company framework, not external certification

Public service-assessment material, including LQA, is a methodological reference only. This is a company-defined framework, not LQA certification or an official industry standard. This page explains the method; it does not report completed acceptance for a hotel or employee, or promise contractual protection or business results.
